AAF Tulsa is Celebrating the Forty-fifth annual Addy Awards Honoring 75th Anniversary of Ad Club

ADDY Call for Entries and Drop Off

As seen on the AAF Tulsa Blog: Take the Call. It’s for You.

Entry Deadline: Friday, November 11, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Quik Print, 6620 S. Lewis.

If you can’t get away during the lunch hour or your entries aren’t quite ready, we are offering a convenient pick-up from 1 – 4 p.m. for a $100 donation to the club. To take advantage of this service, you MUST call 918-629-0189 before 1 p.m.

Your entries must be placed in the clear plastic bags that we provide. Remember, your entry form (printed from the AAF ADDY entry form) must be visible through the front of each entry bag. Large photographs and 3-D entries are the only exceptions.

Entry bags are available for pick up at two Quik Print locations: 19th & Harvard or 66th & Lewis.

Entry fees remain the same as last year: $65 per entry for members and $85 for non-members. Membership dues of $100 will be accepted at this time. Remember that all items must be entered online; this is a drop-off event, you should bring your paperwork from online registration.

Anniversary Celebration

The ADDY Awards Celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Tulsa Ad Club!
And People Said It Would Never Last...

When the ADDY committee began planning for this year's event, we were reminded of all the history that has built this organization over the past 75 years. In celebration of the people who have made this club great, we will return to the location of the very first Tulsa ADDY awards, the classic and storied Mayo Hotel Crystal Ballroom. Nostalgia will fill the air as we honor those who trod before us along with the 2011 winning entries.

This will be our grandest ADDY awards event ever so please join us on this monumental night. Your invitation will be forthcoming in the U.S. Snail Mail.

Student Scholarships

Our most important goal is to encourage study in the field of advertising. Our industry is only as good as the people who are in it, and today’s advertising student is tomorrow’s advertising professional. AAF Tulsa awards several scholarships to advertising students attending college in Oklahoma each year during the ADDY Awards Event.

Scholarship Guidelines

  • Student must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 hours in undergraduate studies leading to a career in advertising or marketing;
  • The student must display excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • The student must be a sophomore, junior or senior;
  • Scholarship funds must be used for tuition at an Oklahoma institution;
  • AAF Tulsa prefers that students have an overall 3.0 grade point average, but those students with financial need who fall below a 3.0 are encourage to apply;
  • The student must agree to assist AAF Tulsa on projects;
  • The student must complete an application and submit it with a letter of recommendation from one of the student’s professors. A letter from an internship supervisor is recommended, but not required.
  • AAF Tulsa encourages participation in any student chapter but does not restrict scholarship applicants to members.
  • The student may be asked to interview with the AAF Tulsa Scholarship Committee during the application process.
